Ethan did an excellent job explaining all the options that were available for the requested job. Ethan was professional and courteous during his time on my property and made me feel comfortable dealing with his company. I called into report an outage to their 24-hour response team later in the afternoon. Nic showed up really quickly to help us get a diagnosis on the issue and schedule the next day for an amazing turn around time! He was extremely respectful and took amazing care of the scheduling, finding the issue and ensuring us it could be fixed. The next day Joseph and Gavin arrived on the scene and made light work of, what seemed to me, as a big job. Joseph and Gavin were fantastic! I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your work that was completed at my mom’s home. Your communications and professional courtesy was above beyond what I imagined to expect.
