I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your work that was completed at my mom’s home. Your communications and professional courtesy was above beyond what I imagined to expect. Having to communicate what needed to be done at her house from several hundred miles away, your technician understood the assignment. I couldn’t be more pleased at how easy it was. I don’t remember the technicians name, you can look it up with my last name I suppose, but there needs to be some pat on the back for the team that showed up. I called into report an outage to their 24-hour response team later in the afternoon. Nic showed up really quickly to help us get a diagnosis on the issue and schedule the next day for an amazing turn around time! He was extremely respectful and took amazing care of the scheduling, finding the issue and ensuring us it could be fixed. The next day Joseph and Gavin arrived on the scene and made light work of, what seemed to me, as a big job. Joseph and Gavin were fantastic! Super professional, efficient, and clearly know their stuff. They handled everything flawlessly and left the place spotless. Highly recommend these electricians – 5 stars all the way!
