Ryan was a few minutes late, he apologized and the problem we were having was solved very quickly, a few minutes. He did want to charge me since he was late and the fix was easy. I felt that I should pay something, for the time and he did solve our problem. We agreed upon a yearly service agreement that covers a lot of things we need anyway, 70 point check, smoke alarms, ceiling fans etc... it was a win/win and he was very professional and nice.
