We were without power to half of our house for days. All other companies said it would take multiple days before they could even come to look at it. Mister Sparky was here within 15 hrs of me visting their website and requesting service. Daniel was here a little bit after the appointment time, but the company texted early to keep me updated. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes of arrival. He was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. Without hesitation, he quickly scheduled a technician to come fix the problem, and was on his way to diagnose someone else's problem. I was super impressed with his professionalism and efficient speediness. Justin showed up right on time, soon after Daniel left. He knew exactly what he was here to do. He was very respectful and friendly. He was very quick to get the work done, and done correctly. All in all, less than 24 hrs from my online request, they correctly and professionally completed the job that all other companies weren't even going to respond to for another whole week. I WILL be recommending them to anyone i know needing electrical services. I will also be requesting that my property management company contracts with them for all future electrical needs. There's literally zero reason why it should take a week to be able to get service for something that could escalate so quickly into something very tragic. Spoke with Ryan about a serious concern in our new home. He was extremely thorough and patient with my million questions I asked. Great from the beginning. Would highly recommend Mister Sparky time and time again! Kailey with her messages keeping us updated , to Logan spending time with us explaining everything that we would be getting done. ( very professional). The electricians that came in. ( very knowledgeable and explained everything that they were doing. Hats off to Kalob , William and Adam. We were very impressed with the timely manner they got things done. Well done all ! We will be returning for future services.

Well I didn't get any service done because the price was ridiculously high, but they were in range of other electrician companies. I don't believe in overcharging people who clearly cannot afford it. You can tell by what they drive, where they live, & how expensive their house is. If they can afford nice things then they can pay these prices, but I think you should look at what I explained & give these people like a 40% reduction on labor in the estimate. Like if they show you that they are disabled, or on snap. They would have to provide proof. You know if someone is driving a 1998 truck, lives in a 800sf house, & have kids, or disabled probably don't have the money to spare unless you offer a 40% reduction on labor, but parts will have to remain the same then I bet you will get more jobs. You will get so many that it would be worth it. If they are renting yes charge the landlord the regular price. That is my opinion & I know you clearly will not see it as a possibility. Thank you p.s. the guy you sent here was the nicest person I have ever met. He was definitely customer oriented, since customer service is the lifeline of any good company that deals with the public on a daily routine.

Logan came out today and gave us a thorough inspection and very clear instructions about what might be needed in the future to make our home safe. He then answered all of our many questions and was SO helpful with everything! He then proceeded to install our new ceiling fan in a quick, efficient manner. We really enjoyed him and would highly recommend this company and Logan in particular!! Thank you!!
