Dan gave me three different options or estimates and was very professional and answered all my questions. Very good, Chris and Justin were very professional and completed All the jobs that were expected and left everything neat and in perfect working order. At first I thought the price was too much. But I wanted A Professional service and after the work was completed, I find at the price was very adequate.I do recommend mister sparky.
Ryan did a great job. Was quick to get my electrical issues identified and corrected. He also explained every detail as to what was going to be needed as well as the cost. Will definitely call Mr. Sparky again for any future electrical needs!
Ryan was a few minutes late, he apologized and the problem we were having was solved very quickly, a few minutes. He did want to charge me since he was late and the fix was easy. I felt that I should pay something, for the time and he did solve our problem. We agreed upon a yearly service agreement that covers a lot of things we need anyway, 70 point check, smoke alarms, ceiling fans etc... it was a win/win and he was very professional and nice. Left me with a very good first impression of Mister Sparky!!
Connor did a great job of answering all my questions about what type of service I required and the cost. Kalob, the electrician, kept me informed of where they were on the project and did a fabulous job. Everything was handled professionally.
absolutely Outstanding Service! What a great company! I had Conner Richardson come out first—he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly considerate of what we needed after a bad storm. He took the time to explain the best way to fix everything and made us feel confident in the plan moving forward. Shortly after, the job manager Conner sent out Timothy Tobin and his crew (of just one!)—and wow, they blew us away. Timothy was not only fast but clearly very experienced. The manager had estimated they’d have power back on by midnight, but Timothy and his team had it up and running by 7 PM! We couldn’t believe it. This company will always be our go-to for any and all electrical needs. I can’t thank them enough for restoring our comfort and peace of mind so quickly. The work looks amazing, and everything runs perfectly. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the entire team—and especially to Timothy Tobin for the speed, professionalism, and incredible quality of work. You truly made a difference for our family when we needed it most!
