It's difficult to choose an electrician when you have a major crisis. I chose Mister Sparky's company due to reading reviews and here I am now writing one. First, I want to say how quick of a response I received and I did not pick emergency services. The damage was already done. Dan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the issues our 30+ year old house had. He was incredibly patient and VERY knowledgeable. After establishing what we could afford and what was a priority to be fixed, Dan already had technicians headed to our home. Alex and his crew came and had the lengthy task of fixing all of our electrical issues and every question we had along the way he was patient in explaining everything. He was here very late in the night and was back early in the morning to finish up. If you're looking for an electrical company, look no further and choose Dan and Alex for your electrical needs. Electricity is not something you want done improperly.

Well I didn't get any service done because the price was ridiculously high, but they were in range of other electrician companies. I don't believe in overcharging people who clearly cannot afford it. You can tell by what they drive, where they live, & how expensive their house is. If they can afford nice things then they can pay these prices, but I think you should look at what I explained & give these people like a 40% reduction on labor in the estimate. Like if they show you that they are disabled, or on snap. They would have to provide proof. You know if someone is driving a 1998 truck, lives in a 800sf house, & have kids, or disabled probably don't have the money to spare unless you offer a 40% reduction on labor, but parts will have to remain the same then I bet you will get more jobs. You will get so many that it would be worth it. If they are renting yes charge the landlord the regular price. That is my opinion & I know you clearly will not see it as a possibility. Thank you p.s. the guy you sent here was the nicest person I have ever met. He was definitely customer oriented, since customer service is the lifeline of any good company that deals with the public on a daily routine.
