absolutely Outstanding Service! What a great company! I had Conner Richardson come out first—he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly considerate of what we needed after a bad storm. He took the time to explain the best way to fix everything and made us feel confident in the plan moving forward. Shortly after, the job manager Conner sent out Timothy Tobin and his crew (of just one!)—and wow, they blew us away. Timothy was not only fast but clearly very experienced. The manager had estimated they’d have power back on by midnight, but Timothy and his team had it up and running by 7 PM! We couldn’t believe it. This company will always be our go-to for any and all electrical needs. I can’t thank them enough for restoring our comfort and peace of mind so quickly. The work looks amazing, and everything runs perfectly. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the entire team—and especially to Timothy Tobin for the speed, professionalism, and incredible quality of work. You truly made a difference for our family when we needed it most!
Ryan was punctual, professional and polite. First, he looked at the garage door opener and saw the problem. He was able to fix it immediately. He did a thorough inspection of our electrical system and showed us pictures of what we needed to have addressed. We decided what to address today and he made arrangements to have a team come about an hour later. Husband and I were very pleased with everything Ryan did to get us going so quickly!! Thank you!
First review - Chris was wonderful. Very considerate, very knowledgeable, and I much appreciated his efforts today. Second review - Chris and Cody were absolutely spectacular! They stayed until midnight to get the electric inside my house back on, and this meant an extremely long day for these guys during a Kansas heat wave. They were dirty and sweaty and never complained once. They ran into several snags with my house, and they kept working with smiles on their faces. They both went the extra mile and then kept on going with the greatest of attitudes! I would recommend these guys a zillion times over. They are trustworthy, genuine, empathetic and concerned about the people they serve and you can tell. They both are deserving of a raise, Mr. Sparky! They were both absolutely spectacular. Thanks so much!
He was very thorough at explaining the issue and giving repair options. The installers were very professional and made sure I was happy when they left. Thank you gentleman!!! Can't remember the tech name that came to diagnose but Chris was the installer
I had Brian with Mister Sparky come repair a few items in our home and received a safety inspection. Brian was easy to talk to and explained everything in good detail. I feel like I actually learned a lot and the repairs I needed were completed!
