absolutely Outstanding Service! What a great company! I had Conner Richardson come out first—he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly considerate of what we needed after a bad storm. He took the time to explain the best way to fix everything and made us feel confident in the plan moving forward. Shortly after, the job manager Conner sent out Timothy Tobin and his crew (of just one!)—and wow, they blew us away. Timothy was not only fast but clearly very experienced. The manager had estimated they’d have power back on by midnight, but Timothy and his team had it up and running by 7 PM! We couldn’t believe it. This company will always be our go-to for any and all electrical needs. I can’t thank them enough for restoring our comfort and peace of mind so quickly. The work looks amazing, and everything runs perfectly. A huge, heartfelt thank you to the entire team—and especially to Timothy Tobin for the speed, professionalism, and incredible quality of work. You truly made a difference for our family when we needed it most!

Timothy Tobin updated my bathroom wiring and brought it up to code. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. His assistant was equally helpful and easy to talk to. I asked him to bid another project which he was glad to do. I will definitely welcome him back for future projects!

Brian was awesome! I ask a lot of questions when service technicians come to my home, regardless of the service rendered. Some techs get irritated and attempt to cover their attitude with forced politeness because they don't want to be questioned about their profession, which I give a "bad review" for being unprofessional! But Brian was patient and genuinely polite in answering every question I had. He was respectful of my home. I just had new carpet installed and my walls painted in my master bedroom and needed a ceiling fan hung. Your business accommodated me within an hour of calling to see if I could make an appointment, which is unheard of. This is the first time, but certainly not the last that I will use Mister Sparky for any electrical needs in my home, all because of Brian's great customer service! Brian is located out of the Oklahoma branch but was in Wichita helping out with customers here in Wichita. Thanks Brian for fitting in my job before heading back home!! Every part of working with Mr. Sparky was wonderful. From Conner assessing what I wanted done and providing a quote that was half the price of a competitor to Timothy and Josiah providing expert care putting in a ceiling fan and additional outlet. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The professionalism and true desire to ensure that I was happy with the results was so refreshing. Daniel was very professional and Informative. I really like that he was able to give me options and choices of different price plans and went over what was wrong with breaker. There was no pressure in making decisions today or at all. I will definitely use them for all future electrical issues
