My 2nd service with Mr Sparky!! One year later. Jason came out today and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors and checked my electrical system. He did a great job explaining everything. Very happy with Mr. Sparky!!! Meng Lor made my old electrical problems a reassuring experience by explaining everything and listening and answering all my questions. Jason did a great job!! Once he arrived it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem. Turns out that one leg at the weather head had completely burned through and had disconnected. He replaced the connector and power was restored. Jason is very knowledgeable and should be considered an asset to Mr. Sparky !

2.They sent Logan S. out to finally finish the job and he was absolutely "wonderful", very friendly, excellent workmanship. I give him 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 1. I was looking forward to using this company, I called them for an estimate they came out quickly gave me the estimate and I told them that I would get back with them as soon as I purchased my lighting. I purchased the lighting gave them a call and email to come out and hang the lights, the lady said she would reach out to my specific installer and have him contact me. Days went by a week went by and l never heard anything. I called them back thank you maybe I missed the call or something emailed them again no response nobody ever replied or came out so I had to hire individual to do my lighting very disappointed in this company!!!!
