Both Chase and Scottie were very nice and hard working. Very polite and very informative about what they were working on and why it was necessary. Chase even instructed the delivery man when our new stove arrived and informed him how to attach the correct electrical plug. My 2nd service with Mr Sparky!! One year later. Jason came out today and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors and checked my electrical system. He did a great job explaining everything. Jason did a great job!! Once he arrived it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem. Turns out that one leg at the weather head had completely burned through and had disconnected. He replaced the connector and power was restored. Jason is very knowledgeable and should be considered an asset to Mr. Sparky !
