The entire experience was truly uplifting from start to finish. Jake was the first to arrive to provide a quote and service for the replacement of the outdoor GFCI outlets and electrical outdoor panel breaker replacement, setting a positive tone for the project. He provided a thorough explanation of the work, demonstrating patience and attention to detail that was truly inspiring. Upon approval of the job, Dakota and James arrived to complete the work, which also included the installation of five wired fire alarms, and together they formed an unbeatable team. Dakota exceeded expectations in assisting with a minor issue with a ceiling fan, showcasing his exceptional problem-solving skills. These three individuals are a shining asset to the Mister Sparky team.

The company and specifically Chris Carasa did a great job. Lots of discounts and added touches included. The work was performed the same day as the scheduled estimate. Completely replaced all the light switches, outlets and circuit breakers in just a couple hours. The place was spotless when they were finished with the work. I will definitely be using them again for my next project, I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

We recently had the pleasure of interacting with a customer service representative from Mister Sparky, and we cannot express enough how impressed we were with the experience. From the moment we reached out, the professionalism displayed by the rep was top-notch. Zach is a awesome electrician. What stood out to us the most was how a manger in his dress shirt and pants helped us move a heavy cabinet while his electrician completed his work. We also love how thoroughly they broke down the process of what they were doing. They took the time clearly and patiently, ensuring we understood exactly what was happening. It was evident that they wanted to make sure we were well-informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. Additionally, Zack outlined what services would be provided and offered a clear breakdown of the costs involved before proceeding. Great work by Ceasar Resendez!!! This is the before and after. He did these two lights and 6 more in less than 3 hours!!! My floors, walls, and ceiling were cleaner when he left than before he came! Great job and worth every penny!!!

A couple of things that knocked the rating down a notch. First, price--it cost just north of $5,600 for panel rejuvenation, a Whip and a new AC disconnect--I think that is high--if you think that is reasonable, consider it a 5-star rating. Second, the emergency technician that came out at 10:00 PM, said he'd be back at 9AM the next day. Later the next day I received an email saying that someone would be out before noon. The technician, Curtis, was amazingly good. He was alone, without assistance. He understood that I was physically limited and was very thoughtful. His clean-up was very good and an absolute necessity. He was very dedicated to doing an excellent job, communicated well, provided pictures, and worked hard. The service took a little over 8 hours to complete during the hottest part of the day. I am thankful for the work completed.
