So I just want to leave a shout out to my excellent installer last night, Mr. Toby Johnson; he was kind and empathetic from the get-go. He was respectful, articulate, and took the time necessary to explain things to me, and listen to my needs. He stayed as long as I needed him to, even going as far as to help me make a new appointment with ​One Hour Air conditioning whom they contract with. First I needed an electrician to restore the connection and then I needed an AC specialist to finish the job. The teamwork between these two companies is admirable. Due to Toby‘s recommendation, I was not charged by one hour air conditioning for a Sunday service call which would’ve been expensive. I’m proud to say that now I have an electrician and AC technician who are trustworthy and reliable. As a team, they helped me expand the life of my air conditioner, since I wasn’t yet in the position to afford a new one. They were rewarded with a happy new customer and when the time is right, I will be happy to invest further. I look forward to my continued partnership and relationship, with both of them. Cathy A.

The Sparky team came out to my establishment to fix and replace a melted wire, and they were amazing from start to finish. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and just overall a great experience. James and Evan were the best part of the repair!! They were quick, efficient, and even made the process enjoyable with their sense of humor. They also left everything looking better than before (my ceiling looks great now!).
