So I just want to leave a shout out to my excellent installer last night, Mr. Toby Johnson; he was kind and empathetic from the get-go. He was respectful, articulate, and took the time necessary to explain things to me, and listen to my needs. He stayed as long as I needed him to, even going as far as to help me make a new appointment with ​One Hour Air conditioning whom they contract with. First I needed an electrician to restore the connection and then I needed an AC specialist to finish the job. The teamwork between these two companies is admirable. Due to Toby‘s recommendation, I was not charged by one hour air conditioning for a Sunday service call which would’ve been expensive. I’m proud to say that now I have an electrician and AC technician who are trustworthy and reliable. As a team, they helped me expand the life of my air conditioner, since I wasn’t yet in the position to afford a new one. They were rewarded with a happy new customer and when the time is right, I will be happy to invest further. I look forward to my continued partnership and relationship, with both of them. Cathy A.

I recently purchased a home in the Tampa area. Once I moved in I realized I need to have some electrical work done . After several calls, I decided to go with Mister Sparky. Happy I did. Jake came to my home early the next morning to review my request. He was professional courtesy and highly knowledgeable. James came later in the afternoon to make the repairs. He's a genius! He was thoughtful, efficient and even cleaned up the area. James also repaired my Ring door bell. He above and be on my expectations. Without any hesitation, I would recommend and ask for those to Gentlemen again.

Alex, came out in a timely manner. I had another company to come out for the same problem Alex came out for. It was my fan in my visitors bedroom. The other company did not repair my fan and left me fan-less for months. Alex, removed the old fan and replaced it with a new fan. He knew exactly why the other fan did not work. He did a phenomenal job and I will request for him to come back to my home for other repairs. Thank you, Alex.

He was very professional and gave upfront pricing on the installs before getting started on the work and completed it flawlessly. Would definitely avail more services in the future from this company.
