Best service ever. Everything even the things that hadn't worked in years worked when they came and fixed everything. They did this at such a affordable price. 3 guys came out knowing exactly what to do and they were efficient, fast, and effective. Luis, Nick, and Evan were great to talk to, they answered all of my question. Helped out with more than what was asked, they went up and beyond. They were incredibly professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need, they do there very best to help you with the best of intentions, truly. They came around 9am and finished sometime around 7-8pm, they went over everything 2 -3 times, making sure before they left we were in the best hands and in the most care possible insisting that everything was good and taken care of before they left. Cant forget Jake, angel he was. This is my second time using Mr. Sparky. I had them install a dedicated circuit to my home theater as well as whole home surge protection 2 years ago. This time I needed to get a 50amp transfer switch installed so that I can run a generator during power outages from frequent storms here in Florida. Both projects were done same day. Tim showed up and was super professional, worked with my schedule and performed a super clean installation. Mr. Sparky's prices may seem a bit high, but doing it right, having the permits completely taken care of and knowing that it is done right by certified technicians is worth it. They go over pricing with you and everything is completely itemized and easy to see and understand on their tablets, and they also inspect your system and discuss the best and most affordable methods to achieve your goals.
