"Could not be happier with the service Alex provided us! He was super honest and transparent about the services we did/didn't need and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing to ensure we were comfortable. Someone had cut the copper ground wire to our panel, so he replaced that and properly installed a new one. He also set us up with a surge protection device and helped us install 2 complicated light fixtures we had been having issues with due to improper wiring. We were uneasy about getting electrical work done at first, but our experience with him was super positive and we're really happy to have someone reliable that we can trust for any future work. 10/10 recommend!"

"We had Mister Sparky install an outside outlet so that we can charge our EV at home. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and at a time that was convenient for us. They communicated arrival times and notified us of which personnel would be coming to our home. Alex, Josue and Corey explained all options clearly and then did a fantastic job on the work. "My technical professional was Jordan H.. He showed excellent customer care and was very patient and knowledgeable as he explained all the work. He showed up on time, professional uniform and used shoe covers (without me having to ask). He performed a full home electrical inspection and explained each aspect to me. The quoted work was reasonable and competitive, and I had him come back another day to perform the work. A very pleasant experience. They also offer excellent work and product warranties. To date, I have interacted with 4 of Mr. Sparky professionals, in addition to their office staff, all are very courteous-knowledgeable-responsive and with a high degree of customer service. "Jacob and Nino were on time, in uniform and very professional! They installed new boxes for LED light upgrades, ceiling fans, garage lights, overhead lights, bathroom lights, fixed the garbage disposal, fixed loose outlets, cut out original (old) fixture boxes and adjusted outlets. These electricians did all the math for the perfect placement of my vertically mounted bathroom fixtures. What an amazing team!! This is the third time I have TEAM SPARKY to my home remodel. I already have the fourth appointment set up. I completely trust this team, and so should you! Great work!"
