Jerry was the project leader and Arbi and His team were all great! On time, politely, friendly and professional! Great estimate! Had it ready within ten minutes after the inspection. We’re out doing the project the following day. Actually gave me the choice of an actual time, not a window for the project and were there on time! Did projects in about couple hours. Very professional and cleaned up after. Fantastic job guys!
I am throughly impressed and grateful to Mister Sparky. Leif Belnap went above and beyond for my family and I. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I could not recommend him more, give this man a raise! If I could give him a 10 star review I would. I am very impressed with him, which in turn makes me very impressed with the company. Leif took the time to explain to us and speak to other family members over the phone to help us all understand what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was patient, kind and hard working. He was only concerned about making sure the job was done right and we were taken care of and that we got our power back up and running. Extremely professional. I cannot stress enough the level of customer service we experienced was unbelievably high and amazing! If I ever need a licensed electrician again I will know who to call and will definitely be a returning customer! Leif was helpful, on time, prompt, answered all of my questions and concerns. And made sure we were comfortable and understood all communication, all while fixing the problem we were experiencing. Thank you for your excellent customer service Leif!!
Liam was great! He arrived on time. He was very personable and friendly. We discussed the job I am requesting and the possible need for additional work later on but I never felt pressured to buy anything. 10/10 would recommend. Update: Liam came out and performed the requested work. He again was very professional and awesome to be around. I am very thankful for his work.
