I can’t complain I lost power to my efficiency apartment on New Year’s Eve at night Mister sparky tech Frank Ramirez came out to look at the problem and of course my electricity was the original from when the home was built 1950. Frank Thoroughly explained the problems I was having. Frank, David and Jason took care of the problem. Keep in mind the reviews helped me to choose a Reliable company. I have no regrets yes a little costly but so worth it! Thank you guys you all did an amazing job and no mess to clean up afterwards. Frank did go above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Photos from old to new and added. I need a little electric wiring fix in my bathroom and frank stop by and took care of the problem. I can’t complain 100% Satisfied.
I had a really good experience working with Richard Cummings, Jr., an electrician from Mister Sparky. He arrived early, was professional and personable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He clearly walked me through the pricing, the recommended repairs, and which items were higher priority versus things that could wait, which I appreciated. Richard wasn’t pushy at all, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and safe having the work done in my home. He completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Overall, the experience felt transparent and respectful, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained from start to finish.

Mark was wonderful. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable , courteous and honest. He replaced the circuit breaker and plug to our hot water heater, inspected the lines, and made sure all was working correctly in record time. It was a great experience for us. Will definitely call Mister Sparky for any other electrical needs that we may have in the future.
Kevin was an amazing help to us! When I needed quick service Mister Sparky had the earliest availability and I was blown away by their communication and customer service. Kevin was honest, knowledgeable, and extremely patient when explaining what the options were for my home.
