Ant and Mark did an excellent job servicing my home today. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me. I now have hot water ; and now a happy customer!
Frank arrived, assessed the situation, and gave me options for what I want completed. He explained all options and once I made the decision, he went to work like a Boss! He was pleasant to talk with and answered all questions completely. What I liked most, he enjoyed doing what he knows how to do. He deserves a bonus! Thank you Frank and staff for getting here as quick as you did to complete an urgent matter. You’re tops in my book. Mr. Sparky will be my first and only call when service is required. OUTSTANDING!
My experience with The Mister Sparky team was great. I had an urgent issue with my outdoor panel following an home inspection and Timothy was on scene a couple of hours later. He took diagnostics and made sure all my questions were answered. The second day Keith and Matthew arrived and worked together to resolve issues in both our house panels. They were both professional and responsive and took their time afterwards to review their work with me.
We had an emergency situation or subpanel was going out causing the outside breaker to get up to 150 They answered my phone call and they sent Roberto out here who helped us get the stuff we need and the pricing just right and then the journeyman came and installed it all. which they also did an amazing job. Everyone quit this company was amazing and we thank you very much from the bottom of our heart
I had a great first time experience with Kevin L. from Mr. Sparky. He installed two ceiling fans and a surge protector. I liked that Kevin took the time to explain everything to me and if I didn’t understand or had questions, he was happy to clarify. Also, he made sure to clean and straighten up the areas where he worked. I’m so glad that I called them. Thank you, Kevin!!
