Today, Josh provided me great service well beyond my expectation. Besides solving my outlet problem in an efficient and honest way, he went extra mile to go over safety inspectation for the house; in particular, he checked the wire connections in the breaker panels and had some loose ends tightened, which could save multiple service trips. They did it for free for new customers. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
