Was dispatched to my home and he was amazing, if I ever need this company again I will be requesting him specifically. He was very respectful and also very knowledgeable. I had an outlet replaced in my bathroom and he was in and out within 20 minutes. Upon arrival he introduced himself, performed a diagnostic and walked me through pricing before beginning any work without me having to ask. Payment was a breeze, the whole interaction was very easy. I’ll definitely be recommending this service to friends and family!

The work started after an explanation of the cost. Which I liked very much. Josh and his partner, 'I'm sorry, I can't remember her name,' who was well qualified to take care of the work that we needed to get done. They were in my home for quite some time, we had a lots of things that we needed to be replaced the front porch lights, a chandelier in one bedroom / sewing room, and several lights in the hallway upstairs. One bedroom, light switches needed to be replaced. A remote control ceiling fan in the family room needed a thorough examination, it works fine. It just like to turn on the light, mostly when we weren't at home. Josh, checked the wiring which was correct, which relieved our concern about the house catching on fire. As for light on the fan coming on, we have a override switch on the wall. Overall, it was a very refreshing day. It was wonderful to know the cost before they even started. I will gladly invite them to my home in the future. If it takes too long, I will break something. They've been to our home twice now and I had the privilege of working with one half of the owners the male Mister Sparky. Let me tell you that was a treat. 😃
