Tyler and Josh did a great job installing an outlet under my kitchen sink for a garbage disposal. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to answer all of my questions and explain what they were doing. I’d hire them again. Thanks guys.

The work started after an explanation of the cost. Which I liked very much. Josh and his partner, 'I'm sorry, I can't remember her name,' who was well qualified to take care of the work that we needed to get done. They were in my home for quite some time, we had a lots of things that we needed to be replaced the front porch lights, a chandelier in one bedroom / sewing room, and several lights in the hallway upstairs. One bedroom, light switches needed to be replaced. A remote control ceiling fan in the family room needed a thorough examination, it works fine. It just like to turn on the light, mostly when we weren't at home. Josh, checked the wiring which was correct, which relieved our concern about the house catching on fire. As for light on the fan coming on, we have a override switch on the wall. Overall, it was a very refreshing day. It was wonderful to know the cost before they even started. I will gladly invite them to my home in the future. If it takes too long, I will break something. They've been to our home twice now and I had the privilege of working with one half of the owners the male Mister Sparky. Let me tell you that was a treat. 😃

Josh and Richard came to our house to install two new light fixtures on our 20 foot ceilings. From the get go, Josh told us that his primary objective was to provide us with exemplary customary service…but that was an understatement! Josh and Richard both went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely thrilled with their service, including double and triple checking each installation, happily teaching our young kids about simple electrical safety, and even performing a complementary safety-check of our whole home post-installation (as part of the safety check Josh caught and tightened a few loose wires in our panel!). In a world where so many businesses use “customer service” as a purely a tag line, it was so refreshing to have Josh and Richard in our home as we can truly tell that customer service is their top priority. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors for their electrical needs.
