I asked for an estimate on a replacement 50 amp breaker because of the breaker tripping randomly. Ryan was on time and had his trainee take lots of pictures. Then proceeded to tell me that what I had was illegal and unsafe. His first estimate was for over $18,000 but offered just fixing what was illegal and unsafe for almost $10,000. Certainly wasn’t expecting either estimate but I felt I had no other option. He said it would take 4-6 hours to complete but ended up taking 7 1/2 hours. Once I agreed on the price, Ryan said someone would return in a couple of hours. An electrician and his helper came and did the agreed upon work. Journeyman said he would be back today to install a strap that he was lacking and to silicone a gaping hole in the rock exterior of my home. They came back and installed the strap and caulked the hole.
Mitchell Harrison was the best! He put in a new panel inside and outside the house, installed a surge protector, and fixed all of our electrical problems we were having. We will definitely be calling him if we need anything else.
Landon came out and did a phenomenal job! He was on time, professional, courteous, and an all around outstanding electrician. He took the time to explain exactly what he was planning to do, provided options, discussed the warranty, and answered every single question I had. If I have another electrical job here at my residence, I’ll probably be requesting him again! 5 stars!
They were very efficient snd helpful. Very helpful to other workers that were here ! Very respectful of our home and to us! Explaining the process and each job!? Although it took longer than was estimated they were very professional through whole process. My husband is ill on portable oxygen running dangerously low before the end but all turned out well.
