Great service. Communication was clear. Jace did great work. He and the other technicians were polite and easy to work with. Even our dog liked them! :) The office is easy to communicate with. They answered every call and ensured we got the service we needed. I recommend Mr Sparky!
Daniel fixed my immediate problems and explained in very simple terms what needed to be done to secure my 1970 built home. There was no pressure and he gave me various options (whole plan to minimal necessary). I am very happy with Mr Sparky’s service. Several weeks later: Daniel and his coworker came to implement the work outlined in his estimate. They did a great job, were very professional and, beside presenting me with a complete invoice, they offered 5- and 10- year written warranties on all their work. Mr Sparky is a great company!
Daniel Garcia was excellent. Professional in explaining the problems and solutions. Explained why newer homes have surge protectors, simply a recommendation but not necessary. He was extremely courteous to my 96 year old Mother taking required time needed for her comprehension. Highly recommend him. His helper was very courteous to us as well. I good experience. Sharon
