He immediately took our concerns seriously and performed an exceptionally thorough inspection to identify the source of the problem. Preston took the time to carefully explain everything he was seeing, answering all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. During his inspection, he discovered that our electrical panel had deteriorated to the point that it needed to be updated and replaced to ensure our home remained safe. I had a great experience with Mr. Sparky from start to finish. Huey S. came out to diagnose an issue with a GFCI outlet and a light switch. He performed a very thorough assessment of my home’s electrical system and took the time to explain several things I should consider as a homeowner. My home is 26 years old and is starting to need some extra care, so I really appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Since he didn’t have the specific part needed on his truck, he quickly arranged for another technician, Landen R., to come out. Landen arrived within the hour and was able to fix both issues efficiently. Both Huey and Landen were professional, personable, and courteous. They gave me the information I needed to make informed decisions about future electrical work without making me feel pressured. Instead of a sales pitch, they earned my trust through their expertise and professionalism. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Mr. Sparky again for future electrical projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable electricians.

Tristan and was very thorough and was able to determine the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through next steps in a way that left us feeling confident even though the expense was high. He came back that evening with Austin to replace our entire electrical panel, which was not what we were expecting. Tristan explained everything to us and showed us information about our old panel and the hazard it was for our home. He did a phenomenal job, was quiet while our kids slept, and left the space clean. The next day, Austin returned to install and replace smoke/CO detectors around our house, replacing the old ones and connecting all the new ones together. What started as flickering lights in one room, turned into a much bigger job, but we are happy that nothing more serious happened before we made the upgrades. We had no idea that if something happened, insurance wouldn’t have covered the damages because of the old panel. Mister Sparky was highly recommended by many friends and neighbors and now we know why!
