⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We contacted Mr. Sparky after noticing a burning plastic smell in our home, and we’re incredibly grateful that Preston was the technician who responded. He immediately took our concerns seriously and performed an exceptionally thorough inspection to identify the source of the problem. Preston took the time to carefully explain everything he was seeing, answering all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. During his inspection, he discovered that our electrical panel had deteriorated to the point that it needed to be updated and replaced to ensure our home remained safe. What impressed us most was his commitment to doing the job right. Even after what had clearly been a long workday, he never rushed or cut corners. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for our family’s safety gave us tremendous peace of mind. Preston is an outstanding representative of Mr. Sparky. We had no power to part of our house, on a Saturday morning. I was able to call and within a few hours Ethan was out. He fixed the issue quickly, and educated us on what happened and gave us a bunch of information about what may have caused the issue. He was super educated- No pushy sales pitch, price was completely reasonable and will be using Sparky in the future. Thanks Ethan!!

Austin was 10/10 in every regard. Literally can’t do him justice in a review post, but I’ll try. Above and beyond professionally speaking. Also incredibly kind and gentle with my spazzy dog. Personable and knowledgeable about more than just his profession, it was an easy day for me after worrying about strangers in my home given some health issues that can make things a bit awkward. Not so with Austin. He accommodated my health concerns as if they were his own. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him or with Mr Sparky overall. They even sourced parts for me themselves due to personal difficulties limiting my ability to source them myself. Definitively the best experience I’ve had with any company/employee I’ve interacted with since moving to NWA. Fully recommend them, and Austin, to the utmost degree. Flawless service. Flawless.

Technician was very polite and actively working to accomplish the task keeping me aware of what was taking place and quickly problem solving all issues encountered along the way. Results were phenomenal. Safe, clean hot tub installation all the way around.

We started noticing lights dimming when using appliances (disposal, microwave, dryer). We called after a couple weeks of it getting progressively worst. They were able to get out to us in 24 hours as a new customer. The first electrician there was Huey who did a great job diagnosing the issue and working with the power company worker to come up with the solution. Ended up having to replacing a super worn AC breaker and the source of the issue - completely replace the electric meter pedestal where the power connects to our house. Even the power company worker who I was able to talk with alone and had zero profit to make agreed with all the fixes and solutions that we had to do. It was a long job so it was handed off to another Mr. Sparky electrician, Austin, and his apprentice. They got there at 5:30p and worked until 11p completely tearing out the old electric meter pedestal that was 3 feet deep in the ground and installed the new one. After the long hours, Austin stayed to walk me through my house and make sure all the previous issues were completely solved, and they were. Yes it was an expensive fix, but even after researching costs, it was accurately priced with great guarantees. The work and - even more important - how we were treated through the fix were excellent.
