Electrical Panel Upgrades

Ben did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very polite and professional, discussed all aspects of the job with me, presented multiple options, a clear recommendation, and executed quickly and cleanly. The attached pictures show the before and after of one of the work items he performed: the pool electrical panel upgrade. This was a really old panel with a box that had been damaged by sun over time and that was literally falling apart. The entire setup was simplified, a surge protector was installed, and the old boxes removed. I'm really satisfied with the work done. I'd definitely hire Mister Sparky again.

Jamal was very professional punctual and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use Jamal and Mrs. Sparky for future electrical needs. it’s not easy hanging a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling, but he came through and got it done

It is definitely worth getting a quote from them. We had a couple electricians come out and Mister Sparky stood out. Their price reflects in their professionalism and service. Jason did the diagnosis. He was honest and upfront. He was also very thorough and he had valid evidence for his recommendations (other electricians did not). Lastly, he looped in all buying parties, my wife included, in the decision making. Other electricians did not or stated “can I talk to the man of the house”. Jonathan, who performed the service was very similar. Also, he was very efficient. Which tells me their customer service and professionalism is not just company owned , but employee owned. Couldn’t tell you the amount of times I ran into one employee that was great, but others made us feel not so great at same company. All I gotta say, if I owned an electrical company, I would be thrilled to have them as employees. Highly recommended.

George is awesome and he went above and beyond multiple times! The tech I had scheduled was hours late and George stepped in to make sure my appointment was fulfilled! Not only that, he found and fixed all my issues and helped me put my living back together. Also, my PS5 SSD fried when he was testing the power. He not only stayed with me to see if I was able to fix it, but when I couldn’t fix it, he spoke with his manager and got a me a new SSD the very next day. He is an extremely hard worker, super knowledgeable, and cares about his customers! I will now recommend this company and George specifically for anyone I know that needs electrical work done.

Wonderful service!! They came the same day I called. Ben was our electrician. He did a safety inspection, fixed all of our issues and explained everything in detail so it was easy to understand. I was given all pricing upfront by Ben so there was no surprise charges. The work was done quickly without any interruption to my day! 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend.
