"3/24/25 4 1/2 stars if I could do that. Job completed in 1/2 day. Communication much improved from 3/17. Issa, technician, was a gentleman, always wore show covers in the house, and kept me updated. He showed me before and after pictures which I really appreciated as the work was under my modular home. I would call again. Thank you, Brenda 3/17/25 - 3 stars - I rate them 3 today due to poor communication in the last 36hours. This was requested after an evaluation that took 3 phones calls to happen. 1st due to no show when given time & date for service, found not to be on the schedule. 2nd no communication for over two hours waiting for follow-up & was given another show up time frame. 3rd no text or call with update when 2nd time frame passed thus called again. There is more, this is enough. My prayer is that they will do a great job at a reasonable price and learn from my experience. My neighbor has had great experience in the past."

"I was doing a simple replacement of a dimmer switch at my home, when I realized I was unable to turn the power back on with the main breaker. I tried everything I could think of, but eventually decided to call an electrician knowing that it would be expensive to have them out at night. My Sparky picked up the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Instead of just rushing out to fix the problem, he asked me a few questions about what was going on and then suggested he walk me through how to reset the breaker and hopefully restore the power. He was right - I just needed to understand how that particular breaker worked and within 5 minutes power was restored. No charge, just a courtesy, which I obviously appreciated immensely. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate it when people try to do 'good business' instead of just charging up a storm. When I next need an electrician I won't hesitate to call them again! Highly recommended."
