3/24/25 4 1/2 stars if I could do that. Job completed in 1/2 day. Communication much improved from 3/17. Issa, technician, was a gentleman, always wore show covers in the house, and kept me updated. He showed me before and after pictures which I really appreciated as the work was under my modular home. I would call again. This was requested after an evaluation that took 3 phones calls to happen. 1st due to no show when given time & date for service, found not to be on the schedule. 2nd no communication for over two hours waiting for follow-up & was given another show up time frame. 3rd no text or call with update when 2nd time frame passed thus called again. There is more, this is enough. My prayer is that they will do a great job at a reasonable price and learn from my experience. My neighbor has had great experience in the past.
