Michael did an excellent job representing Mister Sparky. He did the normal house inspection, assessed the job at hand and surrendered an opinion. Very cordial presentation and I never felt the least bit pressured. Went ahead with the job, showed the installation to me and explained what to do if surge protector was showing red. Michael is absolutely an asset to Mister Sparky.
I called Mister Sparky at the beginning of the week, they worked with me to schedule a visit that same week. Isaiah arrived right when he said he would and was ready for any question I threw at him. I’ve interacted with lots of different vendors and one that came to mind when working with Isaiah was Level 3 AV. This is the highest compliment I can give, he is extremely professional and engaged in his work. I got a sense I didn’t even need to look elsewhere for a quote and if I did it would be to my detriment. Mister Sparky will do it the right way and explain why it needs to be done. It might be painful to hear but, less painful with Isaiah and Mister Sparky.
