When a storm knocked my neighbor's tree over and ripped the electrical off my rental house, he was on the scene with my neighbor and checked my line after the tree service on the scene asked him to for me. I got in touch with him once the tree was cleared and he came out promptly and at the scheduled time to look at the situation, then scheduled the repair for the next day so that he had enough time to do the job properly and since the house was vacant at the time. He showed up when he said, he made sure he had the correct parts to complete the job, and stayed until EPB was able to come hook up the line so that we could test everything in the house. I appreciated his time and service, and will recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.
This was the best and most instructive experience I ever had with an electrician. Very thorough. Panel inspection and found some loose wires... fast fix. Highly recommended and will use Mr. SPARKY for future calls. 5 stars if I was told minimum fees up front. $60 just gets them there but they apply that to any repairs if needed. Great job!
I am a little late posting this! Unfortunately my home suffered from storm damage due to the Florence, KY tornado back on June 18th. Our entire electrical panel was ripped off the side of our house and the damage was way more than we anticipated! Luckily Mister Sparky sent Tim out to handle the situation! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and didn't leave till the job was done! We ran into some issues with getting the power reconnected same day so Tim offered to buy us dinner and get us a hotel so we weren't stuck in the dark, we declined but the gesture was beyond appreciated!
Was great service and was on time. Did not have to wait all day. Came in quickly identified what was wrong and started work right away. Had to replace entire power panel because of a burnt breaker and back board. Was very friendly and courteous! Also it was New Years day which sucked for wvwryone and him. Thankful they came out and house did not burn down!
