I had a great experience with Jack!! He came out to resolve a few electrical issues in my new build home and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on so I understood the fixes. Everything was handled efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail and highly recommend!

John was able to come out at night and get our power back up for the evening. Then completed the full repairs the next day. He did express an urgency on getting our power restored as quickly as possible. The price was very high but it was a bad situation and middle of the evening. I do thank John and company for getting me back up.
