Great experience overall! We had a couple of small bumps, but Christian (one of the owners) was always polite, helpful, and clearly focused on customer service. From our first call, he quickly provided a quote, explained the 2-year workmanship warranty, and scheduled the job the very next day with the inspection right after. Nick, the electrician, was very patient, easy to talk to, and professional. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the EV charger was installed exactly per the manufacturer’s instructions, and he never made me feel like a bother. From the initial inspection to finishing the job, and even coming back the next morning to ensure the inspection went smoothly, he was thorough and reliable.
I called Mr. Sparky of Greater Columbus to inquire about wiring my kiln. The person I spoke with was kind and they sent Jason to give me a free quote a day or two later. Jason was professional, explained the process clearly, and gave me the quote before he even left. When I decided to book the service, they were able to come the next day. Jason and the young man who came with him worked efficiently. They even checked on another outlet while they were here and saw that it was just a matter of twisting some wires together so they fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and good pricing. We had such a great experience working with Jason from Mr. Sparky! He helped us install a new light fixture in our laundry room. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. The tether/anchor that secures my service drop to my house had pulled out. Mr Sparky was able to fit me in and get the issue taken care of the same day they came out. Cost was reasonable and work was done extremely quickly. They went above and beyond by connecting the service drop despite not thinking they could. 10/10. Thanks guys! I appreciate it.
