I had a great experience working with Brian Ayala for some electrical work at my home. He was extremely courteous, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—he took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. The work he completed included bringing a few items up to code and installing GFCI outlets, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I also really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It felt honest and straightforward, which is hard to find. I’ve used other companies before, including Safe Electric, but this experience was on another level. Fantastic group of people to work with from Brian Ayala who first came to my house to do the work up of my pavilion project, to Christian helping coordinate everything and Jason Rodriguez who did the install of my underground conduit to my new patio. The work was hard, required coordination with many people including concrete contractor and city inspectors and next week with the pavilion builders. The communication was good, the quality of the work is excellent, I wish I had taken pictures before the underground line was run they truly did an amazing job. I look forward to continuing to work with this group they are good at what they do and they go the extra distance to meet the needs of the customer and the project. Thank you guys! I know it wasn’t easy but I appreciate all you did and are doing next week! Update: Brian Ayala came out to install our lighting even though the tv and ceiling fan had yet to arrive so that my family could enjoy the patio for the weekend while we waited for the rest to come. He didn’t have to do that but they again went out of their way to help us out. These people are a fantastic group of tradesmen and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for future projects.

We needed a new circuit breaker box for a recently purchased condo, in addition to upgrading the 240V dryer outlet to a 4-prong version, as well as adding a new outlet for the washing machine that was GCFI and ARC protected. Christian at the office was great to work with as far as scheduling and following up with any issues. The two technicians, Brian and Jason (who did most of the actual installation), were very polite and professional. They explained the current electrical standards, as well as what they were doing and why. The quality of their work was top notch. I would have no reservations about working with this company again in the future.

After calling several companies late at night due to losing half the power in the house Mister Sparky was able to come through for us. Christian took my call and promptly dispatched Jason Rodriguez. Even though the lights came back on by the time Jason arrived, he explained how this may have happened in detail, checked our box and outside equipment for damage. I want to thank Christian and Jason both for doing an exceptional job. We will be choosing Mister Sparky for our electrical needs going forward!
