Generator Replacements & Installations

I am beyond pleased with the work just completed. Jason was quick, pleasant, and very professional about replacing 2 defective protruding exterior GFCI outlets at my house. He pointed out that the outlet on the front porch was a fire hazard due to nicked wire insulation. Excess moisture was probably causing the circuit to trip repeatedly. These outlets were 24 years old and needed replaced. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of Christian at the main office and the timeliness of Jason's arrival to complete the work. I will certainly hire Mister Sparky of Greater Columbus the next time I need electrical work completed. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work outstanding. I now have safe, working GFCI outlets with appropriate weatherproof covers to use for my holiday lights. Thank you very much.

I called Mr. Sparky of Greater Columbus to inquire about wiring my kiln. The person I spoke with was kind and they sent Jason to give me a free quote a day or two later. Jason was professional, explained the process clearly, and gave me the quote before he even left. When I decided to book the service, they were able to come the next day. Jason and the young man who came with him worked efficiently. They even checked on another outlet while they were here and saw that it was just a matter of twisting some wires together so they fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and good pricing. Great experience overall! We had a couple of small bumps, but Christian (one of the owners) was always polite, helpful, and clearly focused on customer service. From our first call, he quickly provided a quote, explained the 2-year workmanship warranty, and scheduled the job the very next day with the inspection right after. Nick, the electrician, was very patient, easy to talk to, and professional. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the EV charger was installed exactly per the manufacturer’s instructions, and he never made me feel like a bother. From the initial inspection to finishing the job, and even coming back the next morning to ensure the inspection went smoothly, he was thorough and reliable.

Mom managed to blow the fuses to half her house. Christian called me to get more details and sent Nicholas to scan and check her house to make sure she was safe till they could repair the next day. I had a hard time finding a company that could complete the wiring on my solar project, and install a manual transfer switch. I finally found Mister Sparky, and they brought my project to full completion, and at a very reasonable cost. I'm very happy with their work.
