I called Mister Sparky in the morning, and Noah arrived at my studio on time at 2:00 PM, and I explained the electrical issues we were experiencing. He thoroughly assessed both the electrical box in the space and the main electrical room, clearly explained what was happening, and answered all of my questions. After speaking with his supervisor, he showed me the estimated cost to fix the issue and then contacted my landlord. Once my landlord approved the work, Noah coordinated with the local utility company (GRU), and Mister Sparky Electric began the permitting process. He initially told me the issue would likely be resolved by the next morning, but he completed everything by 9:00 PM the same day.
