Jacob did an excellent job installing two ceiling fans, light fixtures, and wall outlets. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The work was completed efficiently, and everything looks great. Excellent experience from start to finish. Tyler Cox arrived within the scheduled timeframe, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the recommended repair. He provided a thorough estimate for the work and also pointed out a few other updates that may be needed in the future, but there was no pressure to address them that day which I appreciated. Friendly, courteous, and efficient throughout the visit. The work was completed well, and I would definitely recommend this company and Tyler to others.
Tyler Cox came out to our project to correct another electricians miscommunication on what needed to be done. Let me tell you, he called 45 minutes in advance and was very communicative on what needed to be done based on my information. Everything was done in less than an hour! This guy is my forever electrician moving forward hands down!!
We have used Mr. Sparky on several different occasions. We had new breakers and wiring installed in our control box and we had to redo the wiring to the outside of the house for the main power to the house. It was done very professionally. The communication of the technicians with the homeowner left nothing in doubt or to be questioned. Tyler was exceptional. Not only did he diagnose our problem. He helped us understand what was happening and what he might encounter as he worked on our home. He worked tirelessly arriving at 8:30 am and not leaving until after 7. He would have worked into the night if we hadn’t told him to call it. As often is the case with large electrical jobs he spent much of his time searching for causes and problem solving solutions. Most would have given up. He did not. It was obvious Tyler took pride in his work. I believe him when he says he updated my panel with the same care and attention to detail he would do his own. 10/10
