The technician, Richard Thomas, was truly exceptional—polite, professional, and extremely patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Based on this outstanding experience, I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone in need of reliable and professional electrical service. Uday and his team did a great job on our project. First of all, I'm a pretty fearless DIY guy. I do a lot of my own work and I have friends in the trades, so I don't call professionals very often. I spoke with the owner Uday and his wife Jayshree. Their kindness and professionalism on the phone is rare today. The technician arrived on time. They did the work right the first time. The price I paid was exactly what they quoted. The tech inspired confidence. I thought it was going to be a much deeper and more expensive issue. The tech heard my concerns and told me right away that he didn't think it was as bad as I thought it was. 10/10 I will use them again.

David and his partner were excellent. They were professional, polite, and explained the process very well. The only reason I cancelled was because of the price. The lady I spoke to on the office was also wonderful.

Richard arrived on time and fully prepared to help. After reviewing the old florescent fixture and attempting find a replacement ballast for a single tube fixture it was determined that there were none available. Richard was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. I would have him do my electrical work the next time I need help.
