I had a great experience with Francisco (Cisco). He was professional, friendly, and figured out what our issue was super fast. The price was reasonable for what we needed. I will absolutely be hiring Mr Sparky Electrical again for any repairs of issues in the future!

My experience with Mr. Sparky has been great. The team is professional and responsive. What initially seemed like a simple service request revealed some tricky wiring in an old home. Thomas was on time and professional on each visit and thoroughly assessed the original ask, problems, and potential solutions and demonstrated broad knowledge and professionalism. The office team of Eli and Monica was also great in my answering questions. Thomas and Josue did a great job on the installation and were also great about explaining any curve balls that came up. Thomas provided a great walk through of my new panel box and its safety features as well. I will be calling Mr. Sparky again when it's time to do the kitchen. Their service is highly recommended.

Nick is very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the problem areas, offered different options to remedy the situation and explained the finance option. He and Josue arrived this a.m. and "substantially" completed the contracted work today. Thanks and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky on that basis.

We recently hired the Mister Sparky team to install some ceiling fans in our new house. Nick and Johnatan were both personable and professional, the prices we were quoted were reasonable compared to other local electricians we spoke to, and they were prompt in rendering their services. We did have some issues with attention to detail in some of our communications (not related to the electrical work), but after bringing these issues to the attention of Monica and Eli, everything was resolved in a timely, professional, and gracious manner. I would definitely hire these folks again.

Thomas came through for me in a major way at the last minute, right before a scheduled photoshoot, and I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and expertise. I was dealing with a bedroom upgrade where a new light fixture had been added, but the wiring setup and wireless receiver weren’t compatible — and time was extremely tight. Thomas quickly assessed the situation, including the attic, breaker box, and wall switches, and laid out clear, practical options that would work immediately so the photoshoot could stay on schedule. His ability to troubleshoot efficiently under pressure was impressive and incredibly reassuring.
