Chris our technician was very knowledgeable, explained all details before and after work. Went over plans with us with great details and knowledge. We feel we were in good hands and know we can call back for any future work if need. We highly recommend this company. Had to call Mr Sparky back, this time Ben came out with a different view and figured out the main culprit to what was causing breaker to cut off from main bathroom \bedroom area. Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels. I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that. His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well. Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Go with Mister Sparky.

Asyll was our electrician and very smart and helpful in reviewing our solutions moving forward. Lauren came today to install the new outlet and home surge protector! She is efficient and very knowledgeable! She did a great timely job!! I took a photo of the outlet because she had to tie into another electrical resource and she did an impeccable job. The person who’s going to repair my drywall will be very pleased. It was very minimal and easy to patch it!

Juan Pablo was the electrician that did our new panel. Very professional, works efficient and works hard under the cool weather. We are beyond grateful for what he did. Mister Sparky!! Thats the way to serve the community. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Had an emergency which required the fire department to come out. They shut the power off to half of my house, the circuit breaker was smelling of burnt rubber I was advised to get an electrician out as soon as possible. I called Mr. Sparky And they were able to get a technician to me within a few hours. The technician that came was super knowledgeable super smart knew exactly what it was, I ended up having to replace my whole panel inside and out. They were professional, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with. They explained everything that was going on. My inside panel had overheated and melted which was the burning rubber smell I could smell this morning. I'm very grateful that I was home and that they were able to come and replace the panel. Highly recommend!!! The attached are photos of the melted panel!!!
