Scheduling was quick and easy, they had an appointment less than 12 hours from googling them! The tech, Kenny, was awesome! He immediately identified the issue and talked through solutions and I opted to continue the repair myself (changing a light bulb). I felt kind of silly wasting their time but I did get some education in the process making the service call worth it. They were also fair on the price giving me the confidence to use them again in the future for simple and complex issues. Great support and service all around!

I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.

I had the team out to install some new ceiling fans and light fixtures. My brother recommended Mr. Sparky after having work done at his home for a reasonable price. I have an old home so I never know what to expect when work begins, but the price was around what I expected it to be, and the work was done promptly on the same day as the estimate. I am very happy with the work and would recommend Mr Sparky. Virgil, Joseph, and Payton were efficient and professional! I am very pleased with the new fixtures and happy I had them out!

My guest bathroom exhaust runs 24/7 to create a negative pressure so fresh air can enter the HVAC system. After 17 years the bearings failed. Mr Sparky sent Virgil out same the same day and he analyzed and ordered a new fan. Vince and Tony brought the new fan out a couple days later and replaced it very quickly without going in the attic. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. This is the second time I have used Mr Sparky and they always respond quickly with great people.

We made a service call because part of our home lost electricity. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly and polite. He explained his process before he began and then explained what the problem was thoroughly. Once he had completed his inspection he explained the fix and even demonstrated how to work our circuit breaker. Part of our issue was that we weren't resetting g the breakers correctly. Patrick showed us how to do it abd then allowed us to practice doing it the right way. He also explained how electricity effects your circuits and gave us some great advice to avoid future issues. My wife and I will definitely be using mister sparky for any future needs and we highly recommend them! Great service, great value!
