Tyler did a great job with replacing and installing two of my ceiling fans. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and super polite. I would definitely reach out to Mister Sparky for services in the future. Editing this to add that after posting my review, I realized everyone has amazing things to say about Tyler. That doesn’t surprise me. Awesome job, Tyler! He truly deserves the recognition.

Excellent service! Mister Sparky came out, provided a fair quote, and completed our wire repairs, new breaker installation, and surge protection the very next day. They handled everything, including coordinating the inspection and Entergy to restore power quickly. Professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Tyler Jackson. If I call back, I will ask for him by name. If I have to wait more time to receive his service it will be well worth my time. He knows his trade, has the patience to explain the situation and resolution and has the right about of humbleness to know/admit any small limitations he may have in knowledge. He worked hard, fast, and polite. This was my first call to this company and it was a great experience - 100% due to this young man's service.
I called and spoke with Joseph on Tuesday, and he came out for an estimate that same day. A tree fell on the main electric line and pulled my utility pole from the ground. Demco pulled my meter, of course. The estimate was truly a Godsend, and Joseph was, too. Once I accepted his estimate on Thursday, he quickly began work, from attaining the permit to acquiring the utility pole. He was out early the next morning to start the work, and a bit after noon, the work was finished, and by 3 pm, the pole was inspected and passed. This was much quicker than I anticipated. Communication was excellent. I am thoroughly pleased and thankful for the speediness and professionalism of his work. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky (Joseph) again if the need arises.
