Contacted Mister Sparky to help with install of an EV charger plug. Was assisted by Nathanael and Ramiro. Nathanael arrived early, which worked great with my schedule. I asked him to install an additional 110V plug next to the charger plug, so he went to get additional parts. Ramiro joined to help with the work and stayed late to finish the job. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely work with them again.
Dusty did an outstanding job with our electrical service! He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish, he communicated clearly and made sure we understood the work being done. Everything was completed efficiently and with great care. It’s such a relief to work with someone you can trust to do the job right the first time. Highly recommend Dusty and the team—thank you for the excellent service!
Mr sparky did a great job taking care of my electrical issue. They presented me with a selection of options to clear up the electrical issues in my home and then sent Caesar out to do the work once we made a choice. Late in the day Caesar came back out after hours to help get my freezer back on because it had been shut off in the morning and not turn back on. Anyway, they were wonderful. It was a wonderful experience. They were responsive from start to finish.
5 stars are not enough for how I felt about the service that Jesse and Celeb provided this week. We have an old home from the 70’s and the house lost power. I called at 9:00pm and Jesse was at the house the next morning. He gave us all our options and we decided to completely replace our exterior panel. Pricing was quickly provided and felt absolutely fair and reasonable. They sent Caleb within 2 hours to do the job. Caleb was amazing, worked hours outside in the heat and wouldn’t leave until he was absolutely sure everything was working as it should. From speed, pricing, job completeness, courtesy, and pride of workmanship, Jesse, Caleb and Mr Sparky dispatch teams truly outdid themselves. I won’t ever call another company for my electrical needs again. Heartfelt thanks to them for saving the day (month and year).
