Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.
Lost power in my essential appliances and Mr. Sparky responded within an hour, when Ethan Wiktor came and addressed the issues, gave me several different repair options and prices and helped me choose the best option for my situation. They sent a picture and bio before Ethan came so I would know who he was. He was very courteous, well-informed and a delight to work with.

Ethan was great. He called and said he was about a half hour away and he was here right on time. I so appreciated him coming out when some of the roads still had snow on them. He was very kind very considerate answered all my questions. He took care of the issue with the smoke detectors. The one in our living room had been beeping for two days we have 20 foot ceilings in that room and he so efficiently got the ladder up there and took care of the issue If I had a need to call again, I would definitely ask for him to be the technician.
