After that happened they contacted me immediately and set up an appointment to fix the blades and install a medallion for free. Excellent customer service. Gavin made quick solid work out of it. Thank you! —————————— —————————— ——————— They asked which side of the blades to show. I said black. What I got is pictures in the photo. Also note the big hole. The hole itself is not his fault, and he told me the part I needed, but I wish I would’ve been asked about whether I wanted to proceed without it before we got started. He said I can buy the part and call and he would come out to do it for a service fee ($99).

This company is incredible. I called at 6 am they were here before 8 am same day no problem. I received Text message updates letting me know when they will arrive. Very important to me because I have dogs and I appreciated the heads up to round them up! In and out in one day replacing the entire main breaker panel. Clean. No mess. Can express how much I appreciate them. Thank you Thomas, thank you the sparky crew and thank you to their front office

Mr Sparky has been a great help lately during our needs of an electrician. We had a pretty big issue 11 at night and they were able to get to the house within 45 minutes which I thought was pretty amazing. Definitely recommend. John the electrician was great to work with.

Excellent customer service! It is not easy to find a company that stands behind the quality of their work. The general manager himself came out to resolve a minor issue from a previous service call, and took his time to make sure it was done right. Truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Thomas was our technician and he was fabulous. Did exactly what he said he would do. Work very neatly and was very professional. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use Mr. Sparky again!
