After that happened they contacted me immediately and set up an appointment to fix the blades and install a medallion for free. Excellent customer service. Gavin made quick solid work out of it. Thank you! —————————— —————————— ——————— They asked which side of the blades to show. I said black. What I got is pictures in the photo. Also note the big hole. The hole itself is not his fault, and he told me the part I needed, but I wish I would’ve been asked about whether I wanted to proceed without it before we got started. He said I can buy the part and call and he would come out to do it for a service fee ($99).

Mister Sparky, Joseph really made this job he is a very professional young man. He really takes pride in his work you can truly tell. I'm a tradesman myself not the same trade but you can tell when somebody is conscientious about what they do. He's got a little bit of sales person and him just enough not high pressure sales. I would highly recommend him for your electrical work. Did an awesome job installing my car charger!! Thank-You Joseph!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.

Mr Sparky has been a great help lately during our needs of an electrician. We had a pretty big issue 11 at night and they were able to get to the house within 45 minutes which I thought was pretty amazing. Definitely recommend. John the electrician was great to work with.

First, I noted their professional attitude and the type of questions that they asked. That immediately indicated that they were well up to the job at hand. Once on site they knew exactly what to do and in what order (for efficiency). I was impressed with everything the did. And I will call on them for any future issues that may arise. As a matter of fact my son has a need that I'm sure they would be exactly the right solution for.
