Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.
Lost power in my essential appliances and Mr. Sparky responded within an hour, when Ethan Wiktor came and addressed the issues, gave me several different repair options and prices and helped me choose the best option for my situation. They sent a picture and bio before Ethan came so I would know who he was. He was very courteous, well-informed and a delight to work with.
Ethan came today to install a new electrical box above our fireplace and mount our tv. We had tried to mount the tv ourselves to no avail and had checked with 4 other people about electrical work before being referred to Mr. Sparky. He did an excellent job, better than I even expected! And he got everything done within a couple hours. 10/10 will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky again
