The technician, Nick, was kind and patient, taking the time to explain the project in detail. He also assisted with financing by ensuring all information was accurate. Within just a few days, he arrived to install everything he had promised. Despite it being a long day, Nick and his assistant worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Courteous and dependability are just a few ways to describe this professional technician and his staff.

I never write reviews anymore, but these guys were fantastic! I was having scary-to-dangerous problems with the exterior panel master fuse and power box under my meter and probably all the wiring that goes with it. My house went from random to constant flickering over a few days to power outages and then dangerous power spikes and surges in no time. I had someone call them over for a full house electrical inspection, but by the time we decided that a complete replacement of all the exterior stuff was warranted (AND SOON!) it was already going on 2 pm. I figured he's gotta work up all the parts, price, set an appointment, schedule with Duke and heck, Veterans Day is tomorrow so no Duke inspection and approval. Maybe later in the week? Next thing I know, Nick, the electrician with Mr. Sparky is back at my door about 10 minutes later. 'Hey, what if we could do it all before, say, 9 pm. I have all the parts. I can get Duke here and my technician here now. Today.' Suddenly, it's all happening. I have never seen any home repairs so well organized and professional pulled off! They had it programmed to the minute -- suddenly 2, then 3 of their trucks here, Duke inspectors and, later, their trucks too in and out like I was backstage watching a play. Everything came off without a hitch. Nick's tech, Joe is suddenly there already into it, removing my ancient horror of a power box. It turned into our last sunny day before a threatening arctic front with temps down to 30⁰ were due that night. These guys were fast, organized, and excellent. It was completed so quickly. Seemed like I was only without power for a couple hours, but it must have been a little longer. The electricians and Duke coming and going really was like clockwork. All of a sudden it was done, and a couple of them joined me in the house to flip on some switches and shake hands. It was all very impressive work and even entertaining. This is the outfit you want, if you want pro work done and time is a factor. I highly recommend!

These guys really have it down. They are extremely organized. The scheduling was super easy. Their communication was spot on. And the technician Ethan was fantastic. They do great work. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because their prices are pretty high. But if you need them, they will be there and make your life easier. I have them on my preferred business list.
