From the initial call, my experience with Mister Sparky was great. I got an advice on what kind of exhaust fan I should be getting before committing to them. James, the technician arrived earlier than the appointment window (which is rare!), was very thorough explaining what work would be done and answering to all my questions. From the start to finish, it was a pleasant experience!

Sam was very knowledgeable and explained the different scenarios to get my problem resolved. He did the work efficiently. I also appreciated that Debbie and the team did a great job getting me an appointment quickly. I would definitely give Mister Sparky a call for any other electrical issues.

I hired Mister Sparky through Thumbtack and the technician that arrived was amazing! They were quick and professional in the communication via email before the appointment. The technician (James) was more than helpful, and he knew what he was talking about. He went and got all the parts and did a great job installing them. He reviewed everything with me and helped me understand what was being done and what the charges were. I have already asked them to come and install three lighting fixtures.
