I had two separate experiences with Mister Sparky, and both were excellent. The first job was a major project involving the replacement of our entire fuse box and all of the fuses. Michael, Robert, and Mike completed the work, and Clark was also very helpful with coordinating and setting everything up. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The second visit was with Michael, who returned to address another electrical issue. He did a wonderful job and was extremely personable, making the entire experience much more comfortable and stress free! (Thank you Michael!) Electrical problems are never something anyone looks forward to dealing with, but Mister Sparky made the process as smooth as possible. The quality of work, professionalism, and customer service were all outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
Robert did a great job installing a bathroom exhaust fan from scratch. Installation was completed same day as the quote. His knowledge for the type of job is great as not all electricians are experienced in this type of project. His cleanliness was top notch as he wore boot covers every time he came in the house and left everything tidy. His friendliness was a plus.
Serviced my address even though I was somewhat out of their range. Showed up on time and spent several hours doing a detailed inspection and provided me with several quotes. Wonderful experience with very knowledgeable employees! We couldn’t have had a better experience with Clark and Robert. Our detached garage needed new electricity. It was previously ran under our concrete and without conduit. The Mister Sparky team trenched around our concrete from the front of our house to the garage in back. They also put new conduit in the crawl space to hide the new lines. Their price was much cheaper than the big names you see on commercials and their customer service was much better. I’m really happy we chose them. They were very true to their word, I wish I could give them 6 stars.
