Serviced my address even though I was somewhat out of their range. Showed up on time and spent several hours doing a detailed inspection and provided me with several quotes. Michael was very flexible agreed to do some of the work that day and give the larger remaining items to me as a quote for the future. Appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism.

I had two separate experiences with Mister Sparky, and both were excellent. The first job was a major project involving the replacement of our entire fuse box and all of the fuses. Michael, Robert, and Mike completed the work, and Clark was also very helpful with coordinating and setting everything up. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The second visit was with Michael, who returned to address another electrical issue. He did a wonderful job and was extremely personable, making the entire experience much more comfortable and stress free! (Thank you Michael!) Electrical problems are never something anyone looks forward to dealing with, but Mister Sparky made the process as smooth as possible. The quality of work, professionalism, and customer service were all outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Mike came out to offer quotes for work needed within our home. We appreciated that he was so thorough and took his time. He explained what work would be needed in a way that was easy for this non-technically inclined girl to understand. He was keeping the safety of my family first and foremost in mind. At this time we have not had any work done, but we will more than likely proceed with Mister Sparky. The following day, Rob came out to complete the service for our new electric range. He was very kind and worked extremely hard to see the installation was done properly after finding it was not prior. The manager of Mister Sparky also stopped by. We felt extremely comfortable with the service, knowing our home is safer than it was. Thank you!

Amazing job by Micheal. I originally had one job that was needed but quickly that changed to an additional 2 jobs while he was onsite. Michael had a great technical knowledge to layout different courses of action with price point and expected lifespan with each repair. This made it clear for the optimal pathway I decided to choose regarding my repairs. Furthermore this is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky and will be using them again.

Mister Sparky was prompt, professional and thorough - I had an emergency issue and Debbie (office) had them out to help. They quickly diagnosed the issue, laid out options and were very helpful with explaining everything. I’d absolutely work with them again. The service visit was $243, including replacing a toasted duplex breaker, which I thought was reasonable. Very nice guys, solid service and experience.
