Tyler Electrical Repair, Installation, & Maintenance

I called Mister Sparky spoke with Brad and Randle and explained the situation to them and he really sounded concerned. I thought I was going to have to wait a couple days but they got someone (Ashton) out the same day. I also spoke with Brianna who set up the appointment and gave great estimated times when the tech was leaving and when he was close to my residence. The tech Ashton gave a free estimate and we were satisfied with the price and he went straight to work. Jamien and Ashton put in a new breaker and checked some outlets and had everything working better than normal. Thanks to the Mister Sparky family, everyone was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with this company. They came out the next day after being contacted about a lighting job. They gave an immediate estimate to the penny, fully explained the work being performed and the materials being used. They came in under several other bids even with some additional features we tacked on. They were even able to do the job the same day. Workers were courteous and efficient and took care to respect and clean the work areas after they were done. I would highly recommend this company and will be using for any future electrical needs.

Needed my generator serviced for warranty. Mr Sparky came out and provided excellent service, fully quoted my cost in advance, and explained the maintenance to us. They were running behind, and took the time to keep us updated with their eta. Ended up working till 9 pm to get everything completed. I appreciated their communications, and willingness to finish it so late. Especially appreciated the time they took to inform us on generator operations. Thanks guys!

I wasn’t aware of the wait time because I didn’t ask, but they were out here next day. The electricians were fast and friendly. As well as, they were upfront with me about my questions. Just look at it this way… For the repair, I paid $123.60 in total. Compare that to a potential outrageous cost if you tried doing it yourself and/or took shortcuts. I think they did a fantastic job and I would call again, if need be.

Wow!!! What a Great company....called on a Monday afternoon...and they were at my house at 9:00 Tuesday morning....They did a complete SPA wire and breaker job right then, because the spa was being delivered the next day...Now that's SERVICE!!! PLUS No estimate fees or dispatch fees...The techs were polite and professional !! It's Nice that there is still Companies like this !!!Texas Rules!!Thank you--Mr Sparky...Tim P.
