Jason did a great job!! Once he arrived it only took him a few minutes to identify the problem. Turns out that one leg at the weather head had completely burned through and had disconnected. He replaced the connector and power was restored. Jason is very knowledgeable and should be considered an asset to Mr. Sparky !
My 2nd service with Mr Sparky!! One year later. Jason came out today and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors and checked my electrical system. He did a great job explaining everything. Very happy with Mr. Sparky!!! Meng Lor made my old electrical problems a reassuring experience by explaining everything and listening and answering all my questions.
