Josh was great! Polite, explained everything well, respectful of our home and even finished early! Kane, who came to give us our quotes was very nice, very through in his explanations, and helped us pick the best plan for us. We are very pleased with our contact with both these young men. Mr Sparky has the best people. Highly recommend!
Meng was understanding of my situation and helpful toward my goal. After his assessment and sales pitch, Meng isolated my issue and instructed me on the correct approach. He was however delayed by the previous appt so I was kurt with him. It is always good customer service practice to communicate with your clients regarding being held up and offer the new ETA. Customers don't appreciate not knowing where the technician is and not knowing his/her arrival time. A simple heads up is so helpful and appreciated.
These guys were great Eduardo and Isaac showed up and got this done! 23 ft high 100” heavy ceiling fan. Their work was clean, precise, and professional, They were extremely respectful and made sure we were satisfied before They left. If you were looking for an electrician, I would specifically ask for Eduardo and Isaac. They make a great team and work well together!
Chris was absolutely wonderful. He did a safety check of my home then discussed it with me . He was able to answer all my questions with full explanations . He took his time answering to accommodate my lack of knowledge with electricity . He made sure I understood everything. He was very professional and I could tell he really loved his company . He was a delightful young man with manners . I will always ask for him .
Meng did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and professional. His inspection of my electrical situation was very thorough and he made sure I understood his explanation of the situation when he was done. This is my second experience with Mister Sparky and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!
