There aren’t many words to express how thankful I am that we had James Baldwin service our house. He was so kind, smart, knowledgeable, and most of all caring. Electrical issues can be such a confusing matter and he made sure to explain everything to me and my mother with such patience. His card is on our fridge and we will recommend him to absolutely everyone moving forward.

My mother and I would like to compliment the quality work done by James Baldwin and Brandon from Mister Sparky in upgrading our electrical system in our house which is almost 100 years old. From the initial consultation, James laid out the work needed and the cost in a very clear description that we could understand. The prices given were final prices, there were no hidden costs. James and Brandon worked quietly and precisely to do this major work on our house. The upgrade to our fuse box, with the Leviton system is actually beautiful to look at, as well as being a major upgrade and the outside boxes also look great with all the wires covered. Everything functions well now and looks aesthetically pleasing. We are very happy with James overseeing and working on the. job with Brandon. They are a great team. We feel our home is safeguarded for a long time to come. We are glad to now have an electrical company we trust for any future work. Thank you James and Brandon.

James came for a partial outage and was very informative was able to temporarily fix the issue and knew his knowledge of the trade was really in depth the way he was able to identify the problem guy was good really good I only want MR James and his shop doing all electrical work from this point forward
