We had a really great experience with Robert. On time, polite, took time to answer all of my questions and explain every part of the process. The job was completed efficiently and I’m confident in the repair. Will absolutely use them again and recommend the company to any friends in need of an electrician.
No hidden costs, no upselling, and they even took off their shoes so they don't drag any dirt into the house! Our electrician Robert Hulscher was on time with his apprentice Jesse and they both did a great job explaining the process they would do to fix our power outage, the associated cost, and timing. Definitely a good experience and would recommend their service!
We had a light switch on the fritz and were worried the wiring was bad. We called Mister Sparky in the morning and Brent answered promptly - he was great to communicate with and he was able to squeeze us into the schedule the same day. Robert and Jesse were excellent - very friendly, explained what was going on, estimate for repair, and everything was completed quickly. I'll definitely call on them again for any electrical work - very prompt, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
